| Primary member of Rental Party will be required to provide a government-issued photo ID. |
| Blankets, pillows, sheets, and other linens are no longer provided so please bring your own. |
| Cancellations made within 120 days in advance of check-in will be refunded in full. Refunds for cancellations <120 days will only be issued IF the unit is able to be re-rented, less a $100 booking fee, and any difference in the rental rate. |
