Awesome accommodations in a quieter residential section of Ocean City within walking distance to eateries and shops. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The house was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place for any family! A few short blocks from Browns (best donuts)!! The amusement park is walkable along the boardwalk! Clean & Comfy house, great amenities! Decks are AMAZING!!! Great Sunrise, sunset, ferris wheel, and ocean views! Roomy master bedroom/bathroom! Host was excellent! Will definitely book again!

Lovely place, comfortable, well-decorated and close to the beach. We loved sitting out on the front porch and enjoying the ocean breezes! We were concerned initially because the quarters were up 2 flights of stairs, and we had my husband’s elderly parents with us. However, the stairs were wide, well-lit, had landings, and handrails on both sides. They were not a problem for them! There was a beach cart for loading chairs and bags and the walk to the beach was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time at Eric’s house. If we came back to Ocean City, we would definitely stay at this house. it is close to the boardwalk and it is great for kids.

This property is awesome. The neighborhood is very quiet and just steps to all the boardwalk attractions as well as beautiful north end neighborhoods to ride bikes through. The house is very clean and felt like home. We especially enjoyed relaxing with our family on the big front porch. The owner was very kind, accommodating, and communicated well with us before our stay. We would love to stay at this property again. We highly recommend this property.

Our stay at Eric’s beach house with our three generation family was great. Everything was very clean and just as described. Balconies face two directions, so you can always find either the sun or the shade, whichever you are seeking. Parking on the street can be a bit limited, so having the reserved driveway spot was a definite plus. (Had we needed an extra spot, we could have pulled one car into the garage and had the driveway for a second car) The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the block and a half walk to the beach is quite do-able (no busy streets to cross) even with kids and beach gear. Also, a pleasant walk to Brown’s or Ove’s in the morning to procure donuts or bagels for the gang. We especially liked having the beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and dune cart available. This saved us a lot of packing /unpacking and space in the car if we had had to bring our own beach gear from home. We did bring our own bicycles, so it was nice having access to the garage space so that we could secure the bikes overnight. Overall, I would definitely recommend Eric’s place for your OCNJ vacation.

This house is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach yet secluded enough so that you have quiet time at home. The location is very convenient to the Boardwalk. Balconies at the front and back on TWO levels provide many options for outdoor enjoyment. We had many evening meals on the balcony at the spacious table provided. Indoors, the comfort is just as nice! Every bedroom is very comfortable and the master suite – on the top floor – is unbelievably spacious! The kitchen and dining areas are well appointed with every convenience and the living space is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to ANYONE going to Ocean City!

The host had a handwritten welcome letter and a container of caramel corn waiting for us on arrival. He was easily accessible and prompt to respond with questions or concerns. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for us (two families with young kids). It was a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, had parking, great outdoor balcony spaces and a beautiful, clean interior. The host answered any/all questions quickly and politely and was more than hospitable. The layout of the home was perfect with plenty of room for everyone and private bedroom suites. We would definitely stay there again!!
